When it comes to choosing bedding for teenagers, it can be a little
difficult. With children, you know that you can get away with their
favorite cartoon characters, but with teens, they are a little old for
that. They are finding themselves and their tastes are constantly
changing, so just which bedding can you purchase for an ever-changing

Choosing the Best Bedding for Your Teen
Teens like to have something that represents their personality. A lot
of teenagers are still into the same colors as they were when they were
younger, but their room just needs a little updating. For example, if
your teen has a bright blue color scheme in his or her room but he or
she feels it still looks a little childish, you could try adding
striped bedding. Striped blue bedding can really work and it will add a
touch of style to the room, updating it and making it look a little
more mature at the same time. Bedding is definitely one of the best
ways to brighten up and make a room look completely different and there
is a great deal of choice available to you.
For girls, many teenage girls still like pink and a way that they could
keep the pink look but make it a little more mature is to, again, add
striped bedding or plain pink bedding. There are different variations
of the pink color and if you choose the right one, it can still look
grown up. It is important to stick with a theme and if you choose to
buy the bedding separately, you will need to ensure that the rest of
the bedding matches. For example, if you buy a pink duvet cover and
then you go to a different shop to buy a fitted sheet, you need to
choose a color that is similar to the one you have already chosen.
Otherwise you could risk the bedding looking mismatched and childish.
If your teen is really grown up for her age, you could try embroidered
bedding. That often goes down really well and it can look really
sophisticated. It all really depends on the personality of your teen.
If she likes girly things, stick with pink bedding but opt for stripes
whenever possible. If she loves art, embroidered bedding would be a
good idea. Whatever she likes, try to find bedding to match. Every
single teen is different, so you need to take that into account when
you go on your search.
